These terms cover the use of Heedpoint, provided by Almujab Sidik ("we"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
A dashboard that reads data from the Shopify stores and Freshdesk account you connect, read only. Numbers depend on that data and on regular syncs, and may be delayed or incomplete. Use them to guide decisions, not as accounting records.
Your workspace
- You may only connect stores and accounts you are allowed to access.
- You decide who joins your workspace and are responsible for what they do in it.
- AI summaries are included in your plan up to a fair monthly allowance. If you add your own AI key, its usage is billed to you by your provider.
- Keep your email account secure: sign in codes are sent there.
Plans and access
Each workspace has a plan that sets how many stores it can connect, and may have an end date for access. When access ends, members can no longer open the workspace and syncs stop; data is kept until the workspace is deleted. We will tell you before changing a paid plan.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, which handles checkout, taxes and invoices. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to reach other workspaces' data, overload it, or use it against the Shopify or Freshdesk terms. We may pause a workspace that does, and will tell the owner why.
Ending
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your workspace and its data. We may end the service with reasonable notice so you can export what you need.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from the dashboard, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
