Heedpoint is a dashboard for customer support and operations teams. It is provided by Almujab Sidik ("we"). This page explains what data the service reads, why, where it is kept and how to have it removed.
Data we read
- Shopify, read only, after a store owner approves the app: orders, refunds, fulfillments and tracking, Shopify Payments disputes, and the customer name, email and shipping country on those orders.
- Freshdesk, read only, with an API key the customer provides: tickets, ticket messages, agents and support email addresses.
- Account data: name and work email of each user, sign in times, and the workspace they belong to.
We never write to Shopify or Freshdesk, and we do not read payment card data.
Why we use it
Only to show the workspace its own support, payment and shipping numbers, link tickets to orders, and to write weekly summaries of ticket feedback with AI. We do not sell data, show ads or use it to train models.
Who processes it
- Supabase: database and sign in (Singapore region).
- Railway: application hosting (Singapore region).
- Resend: sign in codes and invites by email.
- The AI provider we use for the AI included in every plan: ticket text for the weekly summary, under API terms that do not allow training on it.
- If a workspace adds its own AI key instead: the provider it chooses, under that provider's terms.
How long we keep it
Data stays while the workspace exists. Deleting a workspace removes all of its data. Disconnecting a store removes its access token; when the app is uninstalled, Shopify asks us to erase that store's data and we do. Credentials are stored encrypted.
Your rights and requests
Store owners and their customers can ask for a copy of their data or for it to be erased. Shopify forwards customer requests to us and we answer within 30 days. You can also write to team@heedpoint.com.
